About me and the site
The founder of ARSC Hacks is DsHacker14 (My YouTube username). ARSC stands for Action Replay Subscriptions Central. I named it that because, originally this site would host my Action Replay codelists. I started hacking with Action Replay for DS when I was like 13 (2008) then I decided to make a youtube to show my hacks. So I made a website to host my Action Replay codelists on Freewebs.com. The first game I hacked on was Animal Crossing: Wild World. At first I was a complete NOOB at making tutorials and videos but as you can see (if you've seen my videos), I have improved a lot. Anyway I only kept about 4 of my "nooby" videos. Even then with those "nooby" videos, I made quite a lot of friends and learned a lot about hacking. Later on, when I was 14 I got a Wii 2 months after it came out (Jan 2009) and learned how to hack that. I started making tutorials and writing them on this site. After gaining a lot of popularity I decided to switch from Freewebs to actually making my own site with HTML. I learned HTML in approximatly half a year (I was still 14 at this time). It took me a lot of effort to move all my pages to this site (which was first hosted on 110mb.com). After I hit about 1,000 subscribers I bought my own ".com" domain name. Which is surprisingly really cheap with godaddy.com ($7/yr). So here we are, I'm 16 now and I know HTML, CSS, some Javascript, Java (still studying in my Junior year in HS), and some PHP. I also am close to 3,000 subscribers with 1 million total video views. I'm pretty proud that I've done this at only 16 years. :) I guess I'll keep maintaining this site as new hacks and consoles come out!
